Simon Short
Simon has over 22 years experience in the commercial
property market. He started his career at Churston Heard and thereafter
worked with Jones Lang Wootton (now Jones Lang Lasalle) and Donaldsons (now
DTZ). He was a founding partner and principal of West Bow Properties, a
property investment, advisory and asset management house from which he
exited profitably to form Brooks Litchfield. He is experienced in
structuring complex commercial property investments and asset management
strategies. Simon was a founding director of Brooks Litchfield with Rikus and is responsible for all aspects of investment acquisition and company strategy.

Rikus Gerber
Rikus started his career as an auditor and then became a
management consultant, working in South Africa, USA, and the UK for a number
of large multi-national institutions including Sanlam (South Africa), BT,
IBM and RBS where he was directly involved in the major Nat West integration
project. During this time he developed extensive management expertise,
developing and implementing billing and financial controls systems relevant
to trading businesses. Together with Simon, he was a founding director of
Brooks Litchfield where he is responsible for all aspects of investment and
asset appraisal, financial controls and coordination of professionals.

Chris Hepburn
Chris has a career background in fund management and equity
capital markets both in the UK and Far East. He has held management
positions at Jardine Fleming, Banque Nationale de Paris, the Credit Suisse
private banking group and Citigroup. He has successfully managed multiple
investments on behalf of both private and institutional clients across a
range of different asset classes as well as participating in many successful
capital raisings for a range of prominent corporate clients. Chris is responsible for relationships with wealth managers and the development of investment products.
